    Laptop gHz Question

    Hello everyone
    What is a decent gHz rating for a laptop processor?
    I was looking at a few brands and am not sure what is considered good gHz. I need to buy a laptop rather urgently so your help is highly appreciated.

      Don't worry about speed; the gHz refers to the processor chip but typically the motherboard speed is a lot slower. The more important spec is the amount of memory, especially if you multitask while watching online videos. One gigabyte of memory for XP and later Windows should be adequate for the average user.
