    I cannot install 2011 on my laptop as I have the wrong licence number

    I have an order no 29-486615 and licence no 1TE-9NUKP-T39DN-A3JFC-0TEVA-3ALXA WHICH IS NOT RECOGNISED WHEN I PRESS ACTIVATE. Please advise where I have made a mistake and where I can correct it
