My Toyota Camry does that every morning. As soon as the car leaves the driveway the brakes are fine. Probably dust from the brake pads. Try slamming on the brakes from about 35 MPH, real hard. This usually will clear the dust from the brake area.

Camry brakes are notorious for squealing, it is because the pads are extremely hard and get very hot. When the car sits over night the pads cool and "shrink" which in turn binds them to the rotors. When you kick off in the morning the seal breaks causing the squeal. Well thats what I was told by Toyota. When I replaced the pads with non genuine no squeal.
See, what have I been saying, you learn something everyday here. I have changed the brakes many times, I always install "Beck/Arnley" pads, but maybe this is what the dealer uses.
