    No question is dumb; but to get an answer you should spend some time composing it unless you are only here for fun then just go for it

                It's a problem with the app. I've reported the issue. When you encounter that, if you click "comment" 2 times, then you will get the comment box and not the ask a new question box.

                Some answers really don't require much composition. I like to read some answers that don't seem to really show intellect. I like the sarcasim, humor, and even the rant , at times. Great to know that people aren't a herd in the same flock, so to speak.
