        That's not your job. Unless the person has committed a crime or has done something against you that's criminal you have no business looking into someones past. If you think he's a child molester, etc. check with local police for their photo files and names of known offenders.

              If he's living in your neighbourhood at the present time, he isn't in prison and therefore, he isn't an inmate of anywhere.
