Lack of sleep or you're stress. Try a good eye cream with wearing a stress relief eye mask.

FYI i have heard that preparation H no longer has the right properties to make your eyes sparkle.
maybe google it?

Lancome renergie.... Lol I was going to say this.. and it popped up as an add on the right side of my screen... Awesome.. Lancome makes some great products that actually do as they claim... However it is expencive.. If you want a drug store brand tha work well try The caffine infussed under eye roller from garnie (spelt that wrong)

I know digger but everyone's eyes wonder once in a while - lol!! It really is good for puffy under eye bags. Just use a little bit and don't get it in your eyes.

- Massage Vitamin E or almond oil around the eyes without touching the eyes (massage must strictly be external). Sleeplessness is a culprit for most health problems. Have a set routine and have regular sleep timing. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep. - Drink lots of water. For anything related to health, water is still the best beverage.
