      We don`t know where you live so a bit hard to advise. Rules could be different in South Africa and say Peru.
      As a rule I would suggest you contact the relevant authority in your country but 2 bites of the cherry sounds like a NO to me.

        Social Security is for people who are retirement age, SS Disability is for people of any age who are unable to work. The money comes from the same pot. You are not entitled to collect both at the same time.
