A lot of companies will charge you a fee if you pay by phone. Are you trying to pay by phone?

no we go to the actual sprint store
Then you need to ask them why they are charging you a fee to pay your bill. I do not believe that is legal. Then I would change providers. Y-mobile does not charge me for in store payments, on line payments, cash payments or check payments. I've never tried an over the phone payment because I've never had to so can't say if they charge for that.
