    Can someone fake diabetes?

    My sister's husband drinks regular pop (and lots of it), eats anything and everything he can get his hands on. His stomach is approx. 55-60" in girth and yet he tells us his blood work at the hospital is always wonderful with no adjustments needed to his insulin. How is this possible?

      You can't fake it, he may not be Diabetic just saying he is, or had a bad test if he had one.

        I don't think anybody in their right mind would want to fake any chronic disease, let alone diabetes.
