If the bible is true how do the dinosaur skeletons fit into the time line

Who came first the caveman or Adam and Eve?

    Adam and Eve came first.

Dinosaur bones do not conflict at all with the Word of God. In fact, dinosaurs would have been on Noah's Ark, most likely juveniles though. One must take into account that reptiles never stop growing.

dinosaurs on the "ark" how desperate must you be to come up with that. and "One must take into account that reptiles never stop growing" ???? mate you have been given some seriously false information! ;-)

Interestingly, the word “dragon” is used a number of times in the Old Testament. In most instances, the word dinosaur could substitute for dragon and it would fit very nicely. Creation scientists believe that dinosaurs were called dragons before the word dinosaur was invented in the 1800s. We would not expect to find the word dinosaur in Bibles like the Authorized Version (1611), as it was translated well before the word dinosaur was ever used.

Interestingly there are still big monitor lizards called dragons in places like Galapagos.

No, they never really know themselves so they typically just don't respond. If the bible can't think for them, they don't bother.
Prior to the flood, forests had to be very dense in order to create an oxygenated atmosphere. They had to be bulldozed occasionally. When the 'bulldozers' died they had to be disposed of by flesh eaters. Big ones! Piles of rotten flesh create disease. Piles of dung, manure the forests and grow more trees. When the trees are flattened and covered by oceans they eventually become coal. Much of this happened on the 5th and 6th creative days which contrary to what many churches teach certainly were not 24hr days.

Cavemen were fugitives from marauding bands like the Assyrian head hunters who hung their shruken enemy heads on trees.

Many of the cave drawing show art styles unknown to modern artists. For example many aboriginal drawings show animals and fish in x-ray to teach their young where the animals vital organs are. There are many cave drawing in the south of France giving 3D effect

King David hid and lived in caves at Engedi (the only place near the dead sea where there is fresh water) in the knowledge that if King Saul found him he would kill him. See 1 Samuel 24

So called Neanderthal men simple had chronic arthritis due to living among the stalagmites.

Now that wasn't too difficult was it?

Well I suggest You find a good modern copy of the bible and start reading it for yourself. Colleen because you do not seem to know much at all do you?
Adam came before the cavemen. The Neadertals were simply outcasts from the societal norms in their day. Dino's existed from maybe 6000 years ago until maybe the late 1700's. There are reports of people still seeing "dragons" until around the mid second millineum.

    Good answer

Actually Crocs, alligators, and monitor lizards are still very much alive. Cavemen were just poor people who could not afford a castle or for one reason or another did not live in a walled city.
    Greetings Bestway,

Let me try your theory about the dinosaurs based on the Word of God.

I will ask you a couple of questions....

    1) Why would God say that everything He created was good on the sixth day if all of this "rotten flesh and disease" was happening already?

Gen 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, [it was] very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

    2) Why do you have death and disease occuring before the sin of Adam when it is written that sin is the reason for the curse of death and disease, not only to mankind, but to the whole of creation?

If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

I have no problem at all with those Mr FoG Sir.

Animals were never at any time intended to live forever. God arranged an Eco system outside of Eden to keep earth fresh and clean using creatures to dispose of rotten flesh, even as the vultures, termites, and insects do today.

Adam and Eve were protected in a paradise garden and would have lived forever if they had not rebelled against their Creator. They were given the command to produce offspring that would extent that paradise earth wide and have dominion over animals. Humans seem to have enjoyed that bit. That accounts for why there are so many of us and why we are all related one way or another.

Adam knew what death was because he had seen animals die. But he still sinned before he produced any offspring. So Adam was expelled from the garden and eventually died 930 years later.

Adam's original immune system was perfect. He would not have to suffer sickness disease or death if he had not sinned. nor would any of his offspring. See Romans 5 v 12.

The Good News is that God provided second Adam, a perfect man to take the first Adam's Place and to offer himself as propitiatory sacrifice for Adams sin 1 John 2:2

When the full benefit of Christs ransom and that of his bride are extended to faithful mankind Isaiah puts it this way:

(Isaiah 65:22-24) 22 They will not build and someone else have occupancy; they will not plant and someone else do the eating. For like the days of a tree will the days of my people be; and the work of their own hands my chosen ones will use to the full. 23 They will not toil for nothing, nor will they bring to birth for disturbance; because they are the offspring made up of the blessed ones of Jehovah, and their descendants with them. 24 And it will actually occur that before they call out I myself shall answer; while they are yet speaking, I myself shall hear.

No resident will say I am sick (Isaiah 33:24)

Now after Christs initial 1,000 year reign to restore earth to Paradise, Gods comes back from his rest day and once again will pronounce everything on earth to be good at the end of the 7th day.

There is not a King, Bishop, President, or Pope that can thwart the Almighty's purpose to have his servants bring in that desired result. He is the one who calls the nations drops from a bucket and a film of dust.

But while you are considering this please bear in mind the words of Peter at 2 Peter 3

Feel free to raise any point that is not clear.

    FriendofGod

OK, I will start with the first one...

"Animals were never at any time intended to live forever. God arranged an Eco system outside of Eden to keep earth fresh and clean using creatures to dispose of rotten flesh, even as the vultures, termites, and insects do today."

Could you please refference the scripture you use to base your conclusion on.

The earth would have no need for refreshing and cleaning if there is no death and disease. God said EVERYTHING He made was "Good" on the sixth day. Do you find death and disease a "good thing"?
Hot damn!! We are on a roll now!! LOL
First of all, were do you get your so call"time line"are you questioning GOD, Time is not an issue with God all powerful.

Time line...the time from when Jesus was born to when Jesus died since the OT was tossed when the NT was adopted and the NT only covers from the time Jesus was born til the time he died. That time line.
    FreedomFighter

I know you don't care about the bible, but the NT covers from about 4-7 bc to probably just before Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD. In addition to the life of Jesus, it covers the disciples, especially Paul's, travels to different countries to spread the gospel about the bodily ressurection of Jesus. Interesting to note, "for some reason" the Roman's built roads from Jerusalem to other towns and countries just before Jesus was born, and during his life, thereby making it easier for Jesus and the later disciples to travel to different towns and countries.

I believe the Bible is like a great puzzle, you get a peace and there, but unless you read the whole book, you are not going to get the full picture,so that is why i said that your blind to the words,"seek you shall find"GOd
compare his words as food for the spirit or soul, when you get hungry enough, you might want to feed your soul.
