    Why does the water in a toilet move when its windy outside?

    GET SOME INDOOR PLUMBING..LOLOL

    Because there is an outside vent and if the wind is high it can make the water move.

    Are you really that bored to know that?

    Because, if the wind is strong enough, the building may sway a little. Same as with earthquakes, but far less violent.
