Thinking that other people are talking about you. Basically it is seeing yourself as the center of attention even when you are not the center of attention. Also situations and beliefs that give you the impression that its all you, you, you. A friend watched TV and was strong in this belief so that when I watched TV with her, it seemed that the people on the TV were talking to her directly. Very spooky. Belief makes perception and how empathetic you are with a person who lives in such a dream world will determine how much of it you may see for yourself.
