    the persons horse had been bothering mine causing injury and causing my horse to go into stock later death knowing that it was her horse due t someone seeing it can i claim on her insurance

      Until now I never thought about horse insureance and first thought this was a typo!

      If the other horse was responsible then the other owner is liable insurance or not - if this can be proven.
