    Can HR personnel be in your chain of command?

    I have a grievance and because HR has a need to be involved in shift work, I don't know who to send it to as it would be a conflict of interest.

      I have no faith in HR,the union is the only place to go,even then i have little faith ,,but that is all you have,,,commiserations and best of luck,,Do not go to HR,they only have company interest at heart..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
