      By IC, do you mean interstitial cystitis ? It sounds more like a UTI than I C . At any rate, ( I don't mean to scare you...) but it could be a symtom of bladder cancer. My husb had that.
      So, if antibiotics don't clear it up , then you should be scoped.

        Is IC incontinence? Blood in the urine is not a good thing. It could be a bladder infection, or other serious ailment. Go get checked out.
