I do know that you get more roughage from brown rice and is far better than white rice in both do remember to wash and wash either rice as rice holds a lot of starch and once it is washed and cooked it remains fluffy, yes "Ninnet is correct in saying that is less nutritional" good luck what ever you decide to eat !!
