      Run a virus scan.

      defrag your machine

      check with your internet provider to be sure your getting internet at the speed your paying for.

        The thing I try is to take some stuff out that you don't use,like silly games ext.also scan your file so they wont be mix up,if go to
        "Control program"you'll see uninstall or fix program menu.go from there,good luck.
