Im selling my investment property in NJ. The winning essay will receive the property and all entrys would cost $100.00. Since this is not a game of chance/luck, but skill is what makes it legal...I believe. I have done some research on if it is legal, but not much information out there. But I do know that it has been done a few times in NJ. Does anybody know the law on this type of contest and how to proceed?
