Is the $99.00 for Apple TV and one time charge; or is it a monthly charge? Can we use Apple TV without cable connection? We have internet connection with ATT Uverse but not cable; we are on antenna. I have purchased itune movies and want to be able to watch them on the TV as well as my MAC.
