    Can dead cells in a car battery be rejuvenated ?

    Generally no. although there are myths out the from putting aspirin in the cell to a super slow charge for a long time. I'm sure there more but I can't remember anymore right now. I general if the cell has a short, its time to replace it.
    possible as long as it didnt freze,ad DISSTILLED water and try charging it at the slowest rate possible
