    my brother needs to see a Dr, how can I make him go and accept treatment??

    he has had a mouth problem near 12 months now, refuses to see a Dr,he will die without med assistance

      Slip him a mickey in a drink, have someone help you carry him to the car and take him to the e.r..

      Do whatever it takes, there are some doctors who will make house calls. Hope you get it taken care of soon, get some friends or family you can trust to help you.

        if he is of age to refuse, there is nothing you can do legally,UNTILL he is unable(fainted,unconscious,or delirous) to make his objection known. Once he is unable to respond,you step in as next of kin.
