      To manage your Skype contacts open Skype then on the left you'll see the Skype address book icon. Click on it and in there you'll see a list of all your contacts. To change a contact's name or number right-click the name and select 'rename'. To delete click on the name to highlight it and then press your delete key on the keyboard.
