It is probably a slow connection on your side and on the side of your service provider. I do not have such delays.

You were right my daughter has a music program she shares with her friends and it was wide open. I don't know why I never thought of that. I'm glad I asked I thought that was the way this site ran, until it started getting a lot worse. Thanks
