    I've put the memory card in backwards. I've tried tweezers.
    Any suggestions?

      pry gently with strong thin blade. The pins probably bent on the camera side so when you try and straiten it or them they'll break off, that high tach for you so you get the buy another camera to keep corperations in biz selling bad ideas for a reason. good luck

        Take it to the supplier I'm sure you took out insurance for accidental damage didn't you. Let them fix it. If you try your insurance will be void.
