        Quite often they build the house and then build the steps.
        Seriously you need A draughtsman to draw the plans.Soil testing to determine footings required. Local council approval. Termite controller to lay termite barrier, chemical or physical. Plumber. Electrican. Builder. Roofer.
        Ah! bugger it, just get a builder as Colleen suggested.
