Ascetic refers to someone who practises extreme self-discipline and self-denial. He can do that while living in a society or by living away from it.

Hermit refers to someone who has withdrawn from society and lives a solitary existence. He need not practise self-discipline.

Ascetic is generally used for religious purposes. Hermit is not that common in terms of religious usage.

And even better they documented the moment the very first Mission to Moonshine Gold in the world rang up the cash register. It went to Matt link Kline a Californian collector living in Japan who saw our post yesterday you're welcome! packed up his laptop and worked remotely in the hopes link of link grabbing the newest MoonSwatch for himself.
