    Depends on what you mean by business. If you want to work for a Caregiver agency, they will probably require you to take a course which upon successful completion would give you certification in your state/locale. Most agencies will require a background check, up-to-date shots and a physical. There are different degrees of caregivers limiting the person to what duties they are allowed to perform.
    I am sure the regulations vary depending on the location.
    You would need to check with the Department of Health and Human Services first.
    You might also need to get a nursing license.
