      Go to "edit my profile", then look in the left column and see "Profile Picture" Click that and upload a pic from your computer.

          Then you need to use that image on this site.

            Actually that's changed. We don't have to use the gravatar site anymore. People can upload directly from their saved photos now.

            I know. Even I get left in the dark on changes they make. I guess they assume we'll figure out the changes as they make them and apparently they're right. I knew about the profile page change only because one of the members mentioned it.
