    do you have to avoid foods with Vitamin K while on lovenox

    Lovenox is a blood thinner injected in the belly and not sure if I still need to avoid foods high in vitamin K while on this medication

    Originally on warfrin and was not working so put on lovenox injections and not sure if the Vitamin K avoidance is the same for this medicine

      I would think, as Vitamin K will thicken the blood.
