She has to be assesed by a Doctor and then also a phsyciatrist in which she can be given medication and or therapy to suit whatever her mental condition requires.It may take time to get her medication just right,in the meantime keep her calm and reassured that help is available.

Is your wife clinicy psychotic??? Or is the a turn of phrase? If she is literally psychotic you need to find her a good therepist... Although that is not exactly treatable it may help your situation. If it is figurative.. GIVE HER SPACE>
