There certainly are a lot of gluten free questions here lately, I suppose many people are allergic to this stuff. Many people are allergic and don't even know it, I suggest you do a search on the symptoms of an allergy to gluten if you would like to know for sure.

Check the label. I noticed so many products with the Gluten Free comment on it. I guess it would be on the back of the label under ingredients.
