I need to clear the cashe, where do i find tools?

At the top of your screen on your tool bar. You should see File, Edit, History, Bookmarks (or Favorites) Tools, Software, Help. If you do not see any of those, right click at the top of your screen till you see an option box appear, then see Menu Bar. Make sure there's a check mark next to it.
