You're asking a lot here. Get yourself on a weight loss program. Without knowing you and the food you are consuming now, I can only offer the same basic suggestions that I'm sure you know already. Eat more fruits and vegetables and no red meats, fried foods, greasy foods, no fast food, cut out most sugar, drink water, water, water. Diet soda is not a weight loss food. Cut out sugary snacks. Exercise, exercise, exercise, daily. Consult a doctor for a proper nutritional diet designed to help you lose weight.
