      Sorry there is no such word as seticide, but there is a real word "feticide" which means killing an unborn child in a car accident. http://www.georgiatrafficlaws.com/Feticide%20by%20Vehicle.htm

          Do you mean 'suicide by vehicle'? That's when people commit suicide either by getting run ove by a car or funneling the exhaust fumes into the car.
