Next time you see him, ask if he would like to go to a movie (or whatever) with you. Don't ask if he likes you. Don't ask if he would like to go "sometime". Have a specific time in mind. It is too easy to say "ok" to the "sometime" question and then not do anything about it. His response will indicate whether he is interested in you or not. Good luck.
