      You can purchase protective netting to place over the pond.

        that's what I did for my small, above ground pond to prevent raccoons, etc from eating the fish.

            Put some "bird netting" over your fish pond...  Some also hang a plastic owl up in tree near pond, but they may habituate to it, and still come...
