    normaly any thing in a pot (cast) it takes between 4 weeks to 6 weeks depending on hour the injury took place the swelling should have gone down by now you should seek medical advice straight away as this could be damanaging other organs in your body seek help at once it might be somthing or nothing goog luck mel
