I can only go by what I'm finding on line. You can do the same by typing "how to return to yahoo e-mail" into your search bar, that's what I've done to try and help you. I never switched away from the classic version so I never had to know how to get back to it.

Try this if you haven't already:

Look above your emails on the left side by where you sign out. It will say "Mail Classic" click on it and it will take you back to the older version of yahoo email.
