It should work with any program. Go to "control panel" and look for printers. Make sure yours is checked as default. You may have to reinstall printer if your programs are not reading it. If you do, delete all reference to your printer, defrag and restart computer. Then, plug printer in and computer will search and say it found "new" program and ask to install it. Follow on-screen directions.

Click on your start button > click on control panel> click hardware and sounds (yours might actually say printers)> right click on the printer to open it.
