I can not access current email account due to old account coming up
I opened then closed an old account texasredhatmomma@hotmail.com) over 2 years ago and now I am being told my current account (lgm0630@hotmail.com) is blocked. When I follow the directions to unblock it, my old account name is displayed and it doesn't allow me to type in the name of my current account. I need help to access my current account, lgm0630@hotmial.com. I have messages that need to be retrieved for an event this weekend. PLEASE HELP ME. Laurene
