      Dogs can get fatty lumps which are normalt benigne but I would sugesst you get it vet checked.
      Berniese are gorgeous big slobberers.
      I don`t advise home treatment, go to a professional.

        In case it is a cancer give him some dichloroacetate which is not new drug but cheap and effective.Works on humans too,Is not like chemo.Invented at U. of Alberta.
