      up to $40,000 and thats just the beginning,,food .clothes.shelter medicens,school...ect

        You're not talking about going to the animal shelter here and adopting a cat. If you must ask this question then you can't afford the needs of a child, the food, clothes, medical, school supplies, raising a child is not free.. Are you even old enough to ask a question like this??
