8oz. Shelled Roasted Peanuts
1 1/2 pt. Water
1 Can Sweet Milk (Condensed Milk)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence (or Extract)
1/2 tsp Freshly grated Nutmeg
1 tsp Honey
Cooking Directions
Place the shelled peanuts in an blender.
Pour water in gradually while blending the peanuts Blend thoroughly.
Strain mixture through a sieve, pouring in a little at a time.
Discard the contents.Add milk and ingredients, then sweeten to taste.
Serves 3 to 4
