      No, have always been very careful to keep dogs in the backyard behind a fence. When out and about, the dogs are on leashes or someplace where they are allowed to run loose (we have a dog beach). I live in a rural area and the police aren't so strict about this law as they would be in a city situation.

        Thumbs up, My Best friend lives in NM, I've been there several times, and gone up into the mountains, it's a beautiful state.
