how can I mix keroseen with water
Dear all friends
I want to produce ps plate printing cleaner. I used kerrosen with arabic gum solution , so when I mixed the two subestance it separate from each other. What chemical material add to mix kerossen with arabic gum solution completly ?
if any one has another formula to produse ps plate cleaner , pls. inform me.
