with an open mind as well as heart..forget about your self while doing so, put the focus on their needs and see what can be resolved even if it means sacrifice for all.lifes to short to tamper with the fragility of your loved ones. perhaps bring them to an enviroment they like.. a riverbed, picnic area or even their favorite cafe dosent mater. what does matter is to get inside their heart as well as your own. good chance their just as eager to have a good heart to heart chat as well.. good luck and god bless.....daren
