    If the max. amt.you can sue for in small-claims court is $10,000.00...Can you sue two persons

    seperatly for $10,000.each If they both owe you $20,000.00 combined from a loan they made from you ??

    Here in California, The limit for Small Claims Court will increase from $10,000 to $25,000 to allow individuals and businesses to resolve more claims in a simple and inexpensive way.
