        most calculators have a per cent key multiply 3.5 times 50...the answer is 1.75

          Let us see the solution:


          Problem: 3.5 % of 50


          i) 3.5 % = 3.5 /100 = 35 /1000


          ii) So, 3.5% of 50


          = 35/1000 × 50


          = 35/20


          = 7/4


          = 1.75
