they do have adjustable legs .. or maybe your just not loading it properly

Bulky clothing, towels and sheets together or a spring may have popped off the lower casement .
An unbalanced load is the bane of washers that use a spin cycle’. A fat bicycle inner tube the size of the bottom you washer-agitator can be used to balance a spinning load. By filling a tube that fits inside the washer half full of water, the water in the tube will move to help balance the load. A child’s swimming inner tube can work if its the right size. some adjustment may be needed but it does work well and newer washers use this principal with the water cylinder, half full of water at the inside top of the tub.
