    is the set screw you use to hold the handle on a special thread?

    Probably not, but there are different threads, fine threads course threads, metric much more .
    No, I think set screws use a regular thread. I've never really paid much attention to the thread, lol I guess that means nothing different really stood out about them. I think the difference is the screw with it's flat tip.
    What kind the question is this? I don't get it. Maybe because it is past my bed time?
